Master of Chinese Language and Literature
Admission
The scheduled number of full-time Chinese Language and Literature candidates to be enrolled is around 10 each year.
Qualification
1. People whose health conditions conform to the Guiding Opinions on the Enrollment Medical Examination for the General Institutions of Higher Learning in China.
2. An eligible candidate must be the holder of one of the following certificates:
(1) official graduation certificate issued by the corresponding college or university (the candidate must have earned his/her bachelor’s degree before being enrolled as a candidate). Or:
(2) a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (the candidate must be interested in Chinese Language and literature).

Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (MTCSOL)
Admission
The scheduled number of full-time and part-time MTCSOL candidates to be enrolled is respectively around 20 and 30 each year.
Qualification
1. People whose health conditions conform to the Guiding Opinions on the Enrollment Medical Examination for the General Institutions of Higher Learning in China.
2. An eligible candidate must be the holder of one of the following certificates:
(1) Official graduation certificate issued by the corresponding college or university (the candidate must have earned his/her bachelor’s degree before being enrolled as a MTCSOL candidate, including a nominated and examination-free candidate). Or:
(2) a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (the candidate must be interested in TCSOL). Or:
(3) an equivalent educational level that an overseas Chinese teacher or professional must be qualified with.
